As we journey further from the dappled sunlight of the groves, we enter wide-open fields of sweet, scented herbs and spices, lavender, sage and saffron. These give the composition a sense of grounding and bolster the expansiveness that the citrus started. Finally, out of the blazing sunshine we reach the shady boughs of cedar-filled woodlands.
